Excellent all-around. Same day service on my furnace. Tech was willing to make a long drive to get the part. Much appreciated in the dead of winter. Reasonable price.

Our heating system failed on a cold Saturday morning during February. I called Elk because of a very positive experience I had with them when they installed my new air conditioning unit in 2018 - and I wasn't disappointed. Within an hour of my call a service technician was at my house and he was able to temporarily repair my furnace motor so that I could have heat through the weekend. On Monday, Elk replace the motor with a new one by noon! The repair guys were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I don't see how I could've have receive better service.

A new boiler was installed in a timely manner by 3 courteous employees. As a matter of fact, it was supposed to be a two day install but was performed in one day.  Any questions I had were answered in a manner that was non technical. All evidence of old boiler and ancillary parts were removed along with any packaging of new boiler. I had a few other questions as they were leaving and Jim or Tim took time to answer while his coworkers were driving away. I am quite pleased with the whole process that started with my initial call to Elk.

I investigated several heating and cooling companies before I chose Elk Air Conditioning and Heating. The very first person to come to my home and give me an estimate was Keith Boyle, the Home Comfort Specialist.  Keith was the only one of several companies to suggest moving my AC unit to the garage side of my home instead of being located in the rear beside my deck. It was a very innovative suggestion. Keith showed up on time and was extremely professional and patient to go over all the details with me. The pricing was very fair. Keith answered my questions clearly. Next, the installation team arrived as scheduled. Greg, Jake and Corry were also very professional and had very good work ethics. They cleaned up the areas where they worked and Greg explained each step with me. It took two days to complete my work. I am extremely pleased with the service and quality I received. I would highly recommend the company to my family and friends.

I was having trouble with my furnace not being able to effectively heat my home. I called Elk and they sent a technician out very quickly and he arrived on time and was very professional. He quickly diagnosed what was needed to get the furnace working properly, and also checked the furnace for any other issues.
